Upcoming Field Trip
During our trip to the Chattahoochee Nature Center (date emailed), students will discover a variety of plants and animals that call Georgia home and will determine what they need to survive in the natural world. After visiting, students should understand that plants and animals have basic needs that must be met in order to survive. Students will learn while having fun!
Remember:
- If your child has a Sarah Smith shirt (blue), please have him/her wear it on the day of the trip. If not, please wear any shirt with the school name (or any blue shirt).
- Athletic shoes or boots only. We will be hiking on a trail. This will be a difficult task in sandals.
Homework Reminder
Students receive daily homework assignments each week (Mon -Thurs). In addition to red folder assignments, please make sure that students read at least 20 minutes everyday. For homework and spelling skills each week click here.
