Field Trip Permission Slips
All forms are due on Friday morning, August 29, and are mandatory for children to participate for this school year. Field trip payment instructions as well ordering instructions for Spirit Wear were sent home in these materials. Permission forms are needed even if you paid fees online. If you've misplaced the forms, no worries. Links below to print:
Online payment and checks are preferred, and Spirit Wear can be purchased online. Any checks for Spirit Wear should be sent separately from field trip funds. As mentioned at orientation, scholarships for the above are available, and the process is completely confidential.
