Vol. 2 Issue 18

Field Trip: Wednesday, October 10th

During our trip to the Chattahoochee Nature Center, students will discover a variety of plants and animals that call Georgia home and will determine what they need to survive in the natural world. After visiting, students should understand that plants and animals have basic needs that must be met in order to survive. Students will learn while having fun!
Remember:
  • If you have a Sarah Smith shirt (blue), please wear it on Wednesday.
  • Athletic shoes or boots only. We will be walking on a trail. This will be a difficult task in sandals.
  • If you are sending a sack lunch, remember to follow our field trip guidelines. Sacks/bags must be disposable/recyclable (including all containers used inside).
  • No School Monday or Tuesday (October 8th & 9th)
