Picture Day: Thursday, October 13, 2011
This is your chance to take a great picture that you can share with your Mom and Dad, Grandparents and all your family and friends. Then be sure to bring your order form and payment envelope back to school on Picture Day…plus bring the most important thing of all…your smile!
Students did an awesome job today sharing with their peers! The oral presentations were informative and engaging. The visual displays were very creative! Thanks for helping students prepare at home. Scored rubrics will be sent home in Wednesday folders. Projects will remain on display for the remainder of the week. Please make arrangements to pick up projects by Friday afternoon (10/7).
November Book Reports:
To streamline the book pre-approval process, I am again using SignUpGenius. Please click on the SignUpGenius link to submit information for pre-approval. Please submit a book title by Friday, 10/7 (via the SignUpGenius).
Report Card Conferences:
Conferences begin next week. Please sign up for one of the remaining slots via SignUpGenius if you haven's already done so. I must submit my conference schedule for review by Thursday, October 6, 2011. During conferences you will receive the 1st quarter report card and information about the parent portal (to view student assignments and grades).
